Embedding quizzes in Panopto recordings

You can use the Panopto editor to add quizzes to your recordings, each with one or more multiple-choice questions. Use these to allow your students to check their understanding of the content and  provide feedback on their answers. You can set it so students cannot progress past the quiz without attempting it, and the score can be recorded in Blackboard’s Grade Centre if you wish.

Jean-Baptiste Souppez has recently joined Aston from Solent University and has kindly shared his step-by-step guide to creating recorded micro-lectures that include quizzes. This offers a great way to engage students before a taught session or reinforce key points afterwards.
